Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ca. 25 qm groß. In dem Zimmer befindet sich neben Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch und Schrank noch ein Fernseher und eine Stereoanlage. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Küche, in der man auch am großen Esstisch essen kann. Das Bad ist neu saniert und hat eine große Dusche. Der DSL-Anschluss und die Waschmaschine können natürlich auch mitgenutzt werden.
Ich ziehe für meine Referendariats-Wahlstation vom 01.02.2014 bis 31.04.2014 nach Südafrika und suche für diesen Zeitraum eine nette Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer in einer schönen 2er-WG. Ich teile mir die 65-qm große Wohnung mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Janina, die berufstätig ist und im Landtag arbeitet. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Fürstenplatz.
In der Umgebung sind viele nette Kaffees, Bars und Restaurants und der Hauptbahnhof ist in 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Außerdem kann man gut im nahe gelegenen Volkspark Joggen gehen.
Die Miete beträgt 350 EUR plus 100 EUR, die alle anfallenden Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, DSL, Telefon, GEZ, ...) enthalten.
