Das Zimmer ist nett, hell und ziemlich geräumig. Es verfügt über ein gemütliches Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, zwei Lampe und gibt es eine groβe Fenster. Auβerdem, gibt es auch Raum, um deine Sachen (z.B. Fernsehen, ein klein Bücherschrank…) zu tragen. Hier kann man ruhig entspannen, schlafen und studieren.
In der WG gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken, und ein separates WC mit Waschbecken. Der etwas breitere Flur dient uns als Gemeinschaftsraum. Am Tisch finden wir alle Platz um gemeinsam zu essen oder uns zusammen zu setzen.
Die Küche ist super groß, und dort steht alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Küchengeschirr, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, ...
The room is nice, bright and quiet big. There's a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, two lamps und there's a big window. There's also enough space to bring your own things (ex. tv, a small bookcase...). Here you can relax,sleep good and study quietly.
In our flat, there is two bathrooms: one with a shower and a washbasin, the other with the toilet and a washabsin. In our wide corridor we have a table, where everybody has enough space to eat or we are just sitting together.
The citchen is very big and has everything you need.
Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt: Absolut Zentrale Lage in der Düsseldorfer Stadtmitte mit bestem sozialem Umfeld. Anbindung zur Oststr, Berliner Allee und Königsallee, welche in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht sind. Auch den Bahnhof erreicht man in 10 Gehminuten. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fußnähe vorhanden - der Netto sogar direkt im Haus.
Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Friedrichstadt liegt 6 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Straßenbahn 701 ist direkt vor dem Haus an der Haltestelle Corneliusstraße zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle Fürstenplatz, wo die 707 und708 fahren, ist auch gleich um die Ecke (2 Minuten).
Außerdem ist der Volksgarten, ein großer schöner Park, in 8 Gehminuten zu erreichen, wo man joggen oder im Sommer grillen kann.
Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt: It's located really central. You can get by foot in 10 minutes to the mainsation or in 15 minutes to the historical part of the city "Altstadt". There are many supermarkets near by, one is in our building.
The S-Bahn Station Friedrichstadt is 6 minutes away. The tram 701 you can get directly in front of our house. The tram station Fürstenplatz is also just around the corner where you can take the trams 707 and 708.
There is also a nice park 8 minutes away from our house called "Volksgarten".
Momentan leben hier Damla, Raphael, Raph, Tobias und ich zusammen. Wir kochen gerne mal zusammen oder schauen einen Film bei mir.
Wir sind KEINE Zwecks-WG und wollen auch von dir, dass du am WG Leben interessiert bist.

Raphael (31): ist im Referendariat als Lehrer.
Tobias (25): studiert im fünften Semester Medieninformatik
Now here are living Damla, Raphael, Raph, Tobias and me together. Sometimes we cook together or watch a movie. It's not that we are just sharing the costs - we want to have good relation, and we hope that you are also interested in living together in our flat.
