Ich gebe mein seit 2 Jahren bewohntes Zimmer auf, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe. Ansonsten würde ich wahrscheinlich noch lange hier wohnen, da ich mich hier richtig wohl fühle.
Das Zimmer ist wirklich klasse und schön groß mit schönem Eck-Kamin als Highlight. Leider abgestellt laut Schornsteinfeger, aber mit Holz drinnen und Kaminbesteck davor (beides im Zimmer inkl.) sieht es richtig gut aus. Es hat zwei hintereinander liegende Fenster, so dass man vom Straßenlärm nichts bekommt. Einzig das Grummeln der Straßenbahn hört man minimal. Die Vorhänge vor dem Fenster (schwarz, blickdicht) können gegen kleines Geld übernommen werden.

The room is very spacious and has a nice fire place. It has a double glased window, so street noise is never a problem. The room will be empty and completely free for you to design however you want to feel at home.

Super ÖPNV-Anbindung: neben der Haustür ist direkt die Haltestelle Helmholtzstraße mit der 707, 708 und 725 zum Bahnhof (ca. 3 Minuten Fahrzeit) bzw. Uni/Medienhafen, etwa 50 Meter Fußweg weiter ist die 715 Richtung Heinrich-Heine-Allee oder Eller.
Gegenüber ist eine leckere Eisdiele und eine Pizzeria sowie ein tolles Café. Der Fürstenplatz ist direkt um die Ecke, dort gibt es auch eine Tiefgarage (ca. 60€/Monat) sowie einen REWE. Zum Real geht es mit der 707/708 in 4 Minuten oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bilk-Arkaden sind direkt gegenüber vom Real.

The location is awesome, just 5 minutes by bike from the central station and 10 minutes from the Altstadt. Trams 707, 708, 715 and the bus 725 depart right in front of the house. It is located next to Fürstenplatz which is a nice area with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Ich habe echt klasse Mitbewohner/innen, mit denen man wirklich alle erleben kann/will. Ob Parties, Reisen und Sport oder gemütlich in der Küche kochen, quatschen und Spaß haben.
Wir sind eine reine Nicht-Zweck-WG und alle berufstätig. Daher suchen wir auch einen neuen aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner/in, der/die berufstätig ist.
Wir sprechen oft Englisch, da Kirill in England aufgewachsen ist, aber auch Deutsch verstehen alle :-) Kirill macht ab Anfang März noch einen Deutschkurs, von daher ist das kein Problem. Kirill zieht aber auch gegen Ende April aus, so dass du den neuen Mitbewohner (m/w) mitbestimmen könntest.
ENGLISH:
In the WG there is Kirill, who is a 31 year old half Russian half British software developer. Caroline, who is a 27 year old girl from Cologne and Florian, a 29 year old guy from Munich who both work in advertising.
We enjoy having night outs, travel, work out together or just hang out in the kitchen. We are not a „Zweck-WG“, but obviously, especially during the week, everyone has his own life as well. Therefore we are looking for an easy-going, open-minded, employed, roommate similar age to us.
Like mentioned before, we are a very international flat and always speak English in the WG. But Kirill also speaks German, so that is not a problem.

I am only giving my room up because I am moving together with my girlfriend, otherwise, I loved staying in this WG and would probably stay a lot longer!
