Berufstätige WG
Es ist dem Vermieter sehr wichtig, dass man berufstätig ist und zahlungskräftig ist. Die Miete ist eigentlich sehr attraktiv in Düsseldorf, aber unser Vermieter möchte den finanziellen Nachweis sehen. Eine Mitbewohnerin macht aber auch Ausbildung, so lange man Einkommennachweis vorliegen könnte, der mindestens doppelt so viel wie die Miete, wäre schon okay :)
andere Sachen kann man mit meinen zwei netten Mitbewohnerinnen reden. alles möglich, nichts muss.
Auf Sauerberkeit muss man allerdings schon achten!
if you are interested in the room pls note that you should a full-time job or at least you can prove that you have no problem with your financial situation, it is important to our landlord. One of roommate is also doing her apprenticeship.
Other things you can talk to the girls
just one more thing, keep the house clean and tidy is important for a harmonious living together:)

Da die Wohnung nah am Bahnhof ist, bekommt man schon das Zuglärm, deshalb sollte man dem Lärm nicht zu empfindlich bzw. damit zurecht kommen könnte. MIt geschlossenen Fenster geht es natürlich in Ordnung.
Außerdem muss man zumindest 1 Jahr lang in der Wohnung bleiben möchten.
Pls be aware that since the house is near the train station, you surely get the best transportation and everything you need for life. but on the other hand you should not be too sensitive to the noises, because with the window open, you surely can hear the trains when they pass by. But with closed window, it is acceptable, esp. in winter, you will keep it close most of the time anyway, but might not for those who are especially sensitive to the noises.
you should plan to stay in the apartment for at least 1 year this is what our landlord ask for
the moving in date could be flexible, but not later than 01.11, we could talk about it during the casting
