Spacious 18sqm room in our lovely WG, the room has a little bit of furniture (desk, chair, bookcase, mattress, mirror, lamp). We have 2 bathrooms for 5 housemates, you would share with 1 other housemate.
Available for zwischenmiete (short term) for €380 for 5 weeks (7th July to 15th August) or can also pay by week (€100 per week) if you intend to just stay 2 or 3 weeks.
Central Dusseldorf, 5 minutes walk from Hbf, nearest tram stops are Mintropplatz and Stresseplatz with links to 704, 709, 707.
We´re a social WG who like to spend time together in the big communal kitchen, cooking or watching tv and films together, hanging out on the amazing balcony when the sun is shining. But if you need time alone no worries, we´re openminded and all have busy lives! We also have a cat, she´s called Maisie Mai.
We have a vegetarian kitchen (but non vegetarians are welcome!), we don´t tolerate any sexism, racism, or homophobia.
We are 4 people: Natasha (kindergarten lady/publisher), Ashlee (sales support/knitter extrodinaire), Tatjana (job psychologist) and Liz (teacher).
We have one 18sqm room available from 1st February. We´re looking for a short term housemate 7th July to 15th August, but if you need It for only 2 or 3 weeks that is also fine (€100 per week).
We are free to meet you and show you around Monday to Friday evenings from 6pm, or speak on skype if you are not in the city.
