I live in a nice three roomed apartment including two bed rooms, a living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. the apartment also has a big corridor. I would like to rent it out SHORT TERM. I live and work in Dusseldorf so if you are looking for a place to stay immediately for a short period of time, just write me.
There are a lot of shops around and the bus and train stations are about 5 minutes walk away from the house.
if you like to cook together and have fun, this apartment is for you.
The kitchen is fully furnished, the room I want to rent out has a bed and a drawer, I will get a wardrobe for it soon.
The rent will be 400 Eur per month and if you decide to stay for a shorter period, we can negotiate that.
