Wer auf Altbau steht wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Man hat zudem einen Echtholzparkettboden der bestimmt schon 100Jahre alt ist und zusätzlich Stück an den über 3m hohen Decken. Insgesamt bietet das Zimmer viel Charme.
Das besondere an der wg ist, dass wir insgesamt 2 Wohnung sind. Den so haben wir mehr Platz, wie für die Waschmaschine. Man kann in der Teeküche morgens sein Kaffee zubereiten und auf dem Balkon genießen. Auch mal auf die schnelle Nudeln zubereiten ist kein Problem und fürs Festmahl bin ich immer in die große Küche gegangen, die alles zum Kochen beinhaltet.
Wer Friedrichstadt kennt, weiß wie Zentral der Stadtteil ist.
Man hat einen Rewe, Lidl, einen riesen Edeka , Dm,Rossmann und einen sonstige in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man hat Zugang zu allen wichtigen Bahn und Buslinien und auch nur 5 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof.
Auch für die faulen Tage gibt es eine guten Dönerladen, Libanesen, thailändisch, Kaffees...
