Hey Du! Wir suchen einen netten Mitbewohner für unsere 3er WG in Friedrichstadt.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral und brauchen nur 5 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Weg in die Altstadt ist ebenfalls alles andere als lang. Mit der Bahn fährt man maximal 10 Minuten.
Wenn du eine lockere und offene Persönlichkeit hast, und zusätzlich noch etwas Ordnung halten kannst passt du perfekt in unsere WG.
Du würdest mit mir, Max, und Laura zusammen wohnen. Laura ist 22 Jahre alt und macht eine Ausbildung zur Immobilienkauffrau und ich studiere Mode und Designmanagement und bin 20 Jahre alt. Wir beide haben kein Problem damit wenn ab und an Freunde zu Besuch sind, allerdings sollte jeder seine Sachen selbstständig wegräumen.
Zusätzliche Pluspunkte sind die vorhandene Waschmaschine und der relativ große Balkon, der direkt im Anschluss an mein Zimmer liegt, allerdings nach Absprache gerne auch gemeinsam genutzt werden kann.
