The free room is about 13 sq meters with a large southwest window so the room gets plenty of light in the afternoon. The hallway is quite big so it is possible to put your wardrobe in the hallway, leaving you more space in the room.
The flat is centrally located in Friedrichstadt, just a few minutes walk to Fürstenplatz. Plenty of public transport options close by, so it is easy to get almost anywhere in the city. The main station is only five minutes away and the Rhein or altstadt can be reached in about 15 minutes. Volksgarten is also close by, about a ten minute walk. There are bars and cafes near by, as well as a few supermarkets. The flat is located on a one way street, so there is little traffic, but the flat is close to the sbahn, so it is not always quiet.
We are Francisco (24) and Antonella (20). Francisco is from Seville and after his international masters program, he took a job in an advertising agency in Düsseldorf. Antonella just moved to Düsseldorf and she's studying a degree in Fashion Design. After work we may have a drink in the kitchen or a bar near by, but this is usually spontaneous and we don’t mind if you want some quiet time in your room. We enjoy cooking together, going for an ice cream, or to the park together, especially on the weekends. So if you are looking for spontaneous and chilled evenings with your new flatmates, but also the opportunity to close your door and be by yourself, you’ll feel at home here.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and basically everything you need. There is a washing machine (not yet a year old) in the bathroom. Your part of the kitchen and washing machine would cost 450€. Interested? Write us with a short message about yourself! Looking forward to hearing from you!
