Hi,
welcome to our international flat! :) We are Lorena (Spain), Laura (France) and Nadine (Germany). Unfortunately our 4th flatmate Vesper is leaving. So we are looking for someone new now. We are searching for an international chill girl who is able to speak English. So far we never had any problems in our girls flat since we are all super relaxed. If you are peaceful as well we can imagine to continue to leave it as a flat with only girls😊 If you are open minded and clean you might suit perfect to us!
This Saturday on the 16th at 3pm we invite for a personal meeting in our flat :)
We are located directly in the city centre. The Königsallee is around the corner. Public traffic is in front of the house and there are 4 grocery stores around the corner. There is no better than location for a flat than this!
Your room is new renovated and super modern. It's also furnished and you have all you need inside. In the 590€ rent is everything included. Nothing comes on top. The washing machine is located in the basement.
FYI: Every now and then we do something together but in general everyone has their own life. So if you want to be on your own it's no problem because we all need our privacy in our daily routine 😊
