Die WG wird neugegründet. Es gibt 4 Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Größen. Dieses ist das größte mit 24m^2 und einem separatem Raum. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster und liegt zum Innenhof.
Es gibt eine große Küche mit Balkon.
Zu den Kosten kommen noch Strom und Internet. Strom und Internet sind von den Mietern selbst anzumelden ( ca. 80€ p.P.).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Fürstenplatz. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Bars und der ÖPNV sind Fußläufig erreichbar.
Das es sich um eine Neugründung handelt, wird sich das WG Leben noch entwickeln :)
2 Zimmer sind bereits vergeben.
Wir sind Milla (19) und Lisa (23). Milla fängt jetzt an der HHU an BWL zu studieren und Lisa studiert Kommunikationsdesign im Bachelor an der HSD.
