Ich suche für 3 Monate eine Untermieterin. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern. Das Zimmer, welches ich vermiete, ist ca. 20m2 groß. Es verfügt über einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett und eine Kommode. Es gibt ein kleineres Zimmer (auf den Fotos), welches ich in der Zeit nutzen werde. Allerdings bin ich sehr wenig bis gar nicht zuhause, daher hat man die Wohnung beinahe für sich alleine.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch recht zentral. Bis zum Rhein sind es gerade mal 10 min zu Fuß. Auch die Parksituation ist tatsächlich gut. Man findet meistens einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist eine ca. 18m2 große Terrasse. Dort kann man im Sommer das Leben so richtig genießen. Einen Grill gibt es auch ;).
