Hello,
Since I will be travelling in August, here is my completely furnished room available for one month (August)
The room is well furnished with a queen size bed, study table and chair, full length mirror, dressing table, cupboard and book shelves. The room is very spacious with large windows.
Very central location! The bus stop (Posener strase and Breslauer Strase) is 2 min walk from the house and the tram station (Schlesische strase) is 5 min walk. Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Penny are 5-7 min walk from the house.
There is a direct bus to Hbf which takes 15 minutes.
You will be sharing the apartment with two German girls who are very nice and friendly. They are both studying in Dusseldorf and speak German and English.
You share the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, dining table and balcony) with them and you will be expected to do your share of work to keep this space clean.
The rent includes all amenities (heating, electricity and internet).
