Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahn Station in Düsseldorf Lierenfeld.
Zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man etwa 7 Minuten, zur Heinrich-Heine-Allee etwa 10 Minuten.
Fußläufig sind jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar.
Die WG besteht aus meiner lieben 29-jährigen Mitbewohnerin.
Ich verlasse die WG wirklich schweren Herzens, daher wünschen wir uns eine liebe Nachmieterin bis zum 01.05.2020.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, aufgrund von zwei Fenstern. Zudem liegt es zum Innenhof raus, sodass es schön ruhig ist.
Das Bett müsste gegen einen Abschlag von 200€ übernommen werden.
Der Möbelabschlag beläuft sich auf 150€ und die Kaution liegt bei 620€.
Die Gesamtmiete inkl. Strom, Gas, Wasser und WLAN liegt bei 325€.
Besichtigungstermine können wir flexibel vereinbaren!
