We are looking for a new tenant for my room in a 2-person shared apartment (WG). The apartment is located at Merowingerplatz 40225 and is for rent (for the exact address please mail me). The location is very central. It is only 10 minutes away from Uniklinik Düsseldorf, on foot. The cold rent is 250 Euro. The rent including heating and all utilities is 350 euros (deposit is also 350 euros).
The room is furnished. Including: a large closet, a desk, a bed with mattress and a refrigerator for yourself in your room and etc. You have a toilet for yourself (guest toilet) and you would share the bath and shower with Erica. Erica is 58 years old and has a sweet dog. Erica is a very quite person, likes yoga, dog walking and cooking. She is very open to all nationalities and speaks German and English. (for smokers there is a special room where smoking is allowed).
Conditions: this is a females only WG. We are looking for a quite, considerate, clean lady to replace me.
The move in date is 1. of August 2023.
