Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, ist gut geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster. Tagsüber hat man viel Tageslicht und Nachts ist es ruhig. Durch die hohen Decken wirkt das Zimmer geräumig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zum HBF Düsseldorf läuft man 5 min. Von dort aus kommt man überall hin ( Uni: 15min, Altstadt 3min). Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca.10 min zur Uni. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir sind zwei Studenten, welche in der Woche auch einem Nebenjob nachgehen. Im Wohnzimmer sitzt man oft zusammen, isst oder schaut etwas im TV. Wenn man am Wochenende nicht in der Heimat ist kann auch mal mehr los sein in der WG. Geputzt wird nach Absprache, meistens 1 mal in der Woche. Generell erwarten wir natürlich einen ordentlichen, gepflegten Umgang mit den Gegenständen etc.
In der WG gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Spühlmaschine.
In dem Haus sind 2 weitere WGs, von denen keine Partys macht, wodurch man nie gestört wird. Zur Küche und zum Wohnzimmer raus befinden sich 2 Balkone.
Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder sind im Hof vorhanden.
