2er WG sucht neuen Mitbewohner / Looking for a new roomate

Hallo WG-Suchende/-er,

da mein guter Freund und Mitbewohner leider nach Frankfurt zieht, bin ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner ab dem 01. April oder später. Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG. Die Wohnung teilst du daher nur mit mir. Die Miete ist 525 Euro inklusive Internet und Strom. Solltest du interessiert sein, schreib mir einfach ein paar Sätze über dich.

Über mich:
Ich bin letzten Juni nach Düsseldorf gezogen und arbeite jetzt bei Deloitte & Touch GmbH als Berater. Da meine Freundin in Amsterdam lebt, pendle ich viel an den Wochenenden. Ansonsten bin ich auch jederzeit dafür zu haben, die Altstadt unsicher zu machen. Ansonsten treibe ich gern Sport, auch wenn dies ein wenig eingeschlafen ist, seitdem ich arbeite. Feel free to motivate me on that side!

Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und bereits sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, was soweit eingerichtet ist. Für Verbesserungsvorschläge bin ich jedoch gern offen. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler sowie Offen und einen kleinen Esstisch. Das Bad ist sehr modern und verfügt über eine Dusche. Die Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren komplett renoviert und ist daher insgesamt sehr modern. Zudem hat die Wohnung einen Balkon der sowohl von der Küche als auch von deinem Zimmer zugänglich ist. Ein kleiner Keller gehört auch zur Wohnung.

Die meisten Möbel gehören meinem jetziger Mitbewohner. Dieser möchte gern noch eine Ablöse für die Küche und für die Möbel haben. Diese wird zwischen 1000 und 1500 Euro betragen (wird noch verhandelt), welche ich gern mit meinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner teilen möchte (je 500-750 Euro). Das sollte fair sein für eine komplette Küche sowie weitere Möbel. Das Geld können wir auch in Raten zahlen.

Dein Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer hat ungefähr 18 qm. Es ist zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet und daher sehr ruhig. Zudem hat es direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Es ist insgesamt betrachtet das bessere der beiden Zimmer. Da ich jedoch zu Faul bin um umzuziehen, überlasse ich dir das Zimmer.

Du:
Ich suche jemanden "easy going" mit dem man Abends auch mal ein Bier trinken kann. Daher ist es für mich am Wichtigsten, dass wir gut miteinander auskommen und gern das ein oder andere zusammen machen. Daher wünsche ich mir einen Mitbewohner, mit dem ich nicht nur aneinander vorbei lebe.Du solltest berufstätig sein. Dies ist auch Voraussetzung für meinen Vermieter. Zudem suche ich jemanden der bereit ist, ein wenig in die Wohnung zu investieren (Küchenutensilien, etc.) oder fehlende Kleinigkeiten mitzubringen.

Dear future roommate,

As my good friend and roommate is heading for a new challenge, I am currently looking for a new roommate as of the 01/April onwards (a later moving can be discussed as well).

About me:
II am quite new in Düsseldorf and moved here less than a year ago for a job. I am working as a consultant at Deloitte & Touch GmbH. Most weekends I am actually in Amsterdam as my girlfriend is living there. I consider myself as easy going. However, I am looking for somebody who is up for doing things from time to time and not only looking for a place to sleep.

The Apartment:
The apartment has two bedrooms and a huge living room, separate kitchen and bathroom (in total around 85 sqm). The bathroom is not big but modern including a shower. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is basically fully equipped but as my roommate will move out some things have to be replaced. In general he is willing to leave most of the stuff, but this will basically be up to us. Therefore I am looking for somebody who is willing to invest a little in the flat/things which are missing.

The room:
You are quite lucky as you will get the better of the two rooms. Its slightly smaller than my room, but you will have direct access to the balcony directing to the backyard (way more calm compared to my room). I am just too lazy to move to the other room. My roommate has some furniture he is willing to sell if you are interested.

Costs:
Rent will be split equally between us. Unfortunately rent has been increased but is still decent for Düsseldorf. Rent including everything (water, electricity, internet) will be around 525 Euro.

Who do I look for?
I am looking for somebody fun and easy going as well. For me it does not matter where you are from, what you do for work, where you want to be in the future, what your favourite colour is etc. I am always open to broaden my horizon outside my financial consultant life.
Non-smokers only. I suppose pets are forbidden as well.
Religion does not matter, Politics does. You shouldn’t support parties such as AFD, die Linke or worse, otherwise we will end up in a lot of harmful discussions.
Male or female, I don’t mind.
You should have a steady income. That’s more a prerequisite my landlord demands. You should plan to stay a bit longer in Düsseldorf and in the apartment. Therefore, a short term rent won’t be an option.
I would prefer somebody around my age (27), but for me its more important how you are as a person.
