Hallo!
Dein neues Zimmer hat ca.18 qm und ist von der Küche aus betretbar. Es ist unmöbliert und besitzt einen neuen hellen Laminatboden.
Zusammen teilen wir uns 100qm. Die Wohnung ist neu saniert und hat eine riesige Wohnküche + großes Badezimmer und Gäste-WC. Einbauküche,Eckbadewanne und Dusche sind vorhanden. Wir haben zwei Balkone. Einem am Bad und einen an der Küche. Alle Räume sind durch große Fenster mit Licht durchflutet.
Wir haben einen Abstellraum und extra Waschraum auf unserer Etage. Da wir in einer Altbauwohnung wohnen haben wir natürlich auch hohe Decken.
Im Innenhof gibt es einen extra überdachten Abstellplatz für dein Fahrrad.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönen und zentralen Stadtteil Oberbilk.
Die Haltestelle Ellerstrasse ist
fußläufig nur 1 Minute enfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof nur 2 Haltestellen.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Edeka, Rossmann, Aldi, Bäcker, Imbiss, Post) erreichst du ebenfalls wunderbar zu fuß.
Außerdem sind es nur 10min bis zur Uni.
Wir sind Kathi (19) und Lara (20). Wir studieren beide an der hhu (Sowi und Bio). Da es sich um eine Neugründung handelt können wir noch nicht allzu viel über unser WG-Leben sagen.
Wir erhoffen uns von dir, dass du mit uns gerne mal zusammen kochen willst oder einfach was unternehmen willst. Wir sind für alles offen aber du musst natürlich nichts mit uns unternehmen wenn du keine Lust dazu hast. Ganz nach dem Motto Alles kann nichts muss.

Die Abschlagszahlung bezieht sich auf 6 neue Küchenstühle, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle.
Wenn dir das zusagt dann meld dich doch einfach bei uns Es wäre toll wenn du etwas über dich erzählen kannst und am besten noch ein Facebooklink anhängst damit wir einen ersten Eindruck von dir bekommen können. :)
Da wir selber erst ab dem 15.12 den Schlüssel bekommen können erst ab da Besichtigungen stattfinden!
