Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein geräumiges Zimmer in einer super tollen WG. Die Lage ist optimal (wenige Gehminuten zum Volksgarten und zum Hauptbahnhof; 15 Fahrradminuten zur Uni), die Mitbewohner sind super (Miri ist Ärztin und Enrico Doktorand) und es gibt eine riesige Dachterasse mit Grill. Zudem hat die Wohnung eine Badewanne - also wirklich alles was man so braucht. Euer Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß und sehr gut geschnitten sowie mit einer Fensterfront, also sehr hell. Ich habe mich hier immer pudelwohl gefühlt. Ich würde eine Schlafcouch, eine Art Kleiderschrank, ein Bücherregal, ein Sideboard und einen Sessel da lassen. Hierfür sowie für die anderen Dinge in der WG (vor allem die Küche) möchte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 350 €.
