The house is located at the green "Lessingplatz". Every thursday a market takes
place, where fresh food can be bought. The beautiful park "Volksgarten" is located in walking distance. Shops for everyday commodities are in walking distance as well. Different lines of the public transportation system can be reached within 4 minutes - without changing lines the city center or e.g. the "Medienhafen" can be reached. The main station ist close by as well.
