I live in a lovely WG in Oberbilk and I just decided to move with my boyfriend so I need a tenant that could take my room/contract.
It is less than 10 minutes away from the s-bahn (Volksgarten&Fried.strass), less than 15 minutes from the Central Station and less than 5 to a U-bahn station.
It is a big room that includes a 140x220 bed, a couch, a fridge, a study table, an eating table, 2 metalic hangers, 2 lamps and a big window with a beautiful view.
The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with the other tenants but they are always well cleaned. The kitchen has the basic equipment, an oven, a stove, a sink and a microwave.

It is a 4 people WG, they are all students and are very clean. There is no common area so it is like a hotel, however the room is really big.
