Hi there,
I'm leaving Düsseldorf and moving to Regensburg to start my new job there. So I'm looking for a friendly guy to take over my room from the 1st of March. Ours is a 4 person flat (2 girls, 2 boys). Since I'm moving out (a guy), I'm looking for a guy to replace me.
The size of the room is approximately 16 m^2 and is fully furnished: a 140X200 bed with mattress, a writing table and a chair, 2 other small tables, a 5-drawer rack for clothes, another straight rack for shirts/jackets and 4 small shelves for books and other stuff. I cannot transport the furniture to my new city so I'm leaving all of it behind for a sum of 200€. It has to be taken over.
The flat is situated right next to the Volksgarten S-Bahnhof. With the S-Bahn it just takes 1 minute to Hbf. There are also trams 705 and 706 connecting to other parts of the city with very good frequency. Right around the corner are Netto, Lidl, and Rewe so you can just buy groceries on the way home after work.
Our kitchen is usually our Rendezvous point. It has a microwave, Oven and washing machine along with a music system so you can play some nice music while cooking or having dinner at the dining table. We also have a common room with a couch which doubles up as a two-person bed in case there are friends over. The bathroom has a bathtub as well a shower. There's also a separate toilet so it's not problematic in the mornings.
All of this you will share with Aleja(23), Yasuka(30) and Alex(30). Aleja comes from Columbia and she is presently learning German at a language school. Yasuka is from Japan and she is here on a work holiday visa. Alex is a lawyer and he is from Duisburg. As you can see, it is a very multi-cultural WG and they are super-friendly. You can often find them cooking together, going out for a drink or doing movie nights together. They are super chill and friendly.
We have a wonderful attic that can only be accessed from within the flat. It can hold around 50 people and serves as a great weekend party place. If this isn't incentive enough, the rent is less than €310 in the heart of Düsseldorf.
We are looking for someone who has a sense of cleanliness and who intends to rent the room for long term. If you are interested, feel free to write to me with a small description about yourself and what you do and how long you intend to stay in the flat.
Thanks,
Akash
