Hello everyone!
My colleague and me are leaving our lovely apartment in Oberbilk and are looking for two people to take it over from 1 September 2018.
The apartment is a part of a hippie community with many activities inside. Currently, the occupants of the building/community are vegan (the apartment is on top of a vegan shop), but you do not have to be – just be sure to be as sustainable as possible, which is something the neighbors value.
Warm rent (with everything included) differs from each room: smaller room 380 euros and bigger room 390 euros. Caution for each room is 850 euros.
If you would like to take the apartment fully the warm rent would be 750 and the caution 1500.
The apartment has a kitchen area, that we also normally use as a living area, 2 bedrooms, a large hall with an elevated bed and a bathroom with a shower. You can also use the community’s garden, inside the building, where many activities happen, mainly on Saturday.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can take on the furniture as you please – some furniture can also be removed, at early request.
The apartment is located in Oberbilk with Penny and Edeka 5 minutes walking distance. You also have a few other supermarkets and local stores in walking distance.
Closest U-Bahn stop is Ellerstraße. You have direct transportations to Oberbilk S (2 minutes), Dusseldorf Hbf (5 minutes) and Heinrich-Heine-Allee (10 minutes). Dusseldorf Hbf is 15 minutes walking from the house.
