Das Zimmer ist eins von drei gleich grossen Zimmern in der Wohnung und komplett ausgestattet, du kannst also mit dem Koffer sofort einziehen!! Die Wohnung wurde vor eine halben Jahr frisch renoviert und ist daher in einem super Zustand. Sie ist komplett mit pflegeleichtem Laminat versehen und wird möbliert vermietet. Langzeitmieter (6 Monate+) werden bevorzugt..
Es stehen ein Bett (90cm*200cm), ein Schreibtisch, Kommode und eine Kleiderstange in dem 12 qm großem Zimmer. Alle Möbel sind hochwertig und wurden neu angeschafft und sind in der Miete enthalten (keine Abstandszahlung). Das Zimmer kann abgeschlossen werden.
Die frisch renovierte Wohnung besteht noch aus zwei weiteren, gleich großen Zimmer, einem Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, einer kleinen Küche unter der Dachschraege und einem Wohn-und Esszimmer. Die angegebene Miete ist für ein Zimmer.
Die Küche ist mit großem Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Backofen/ Herd, perfekt ausgestattet. Teller und Besteck, Kochsachen sind ebenfalls vorhanden! Es gibt eine separate Waschküche im gleichen Stockwerk, in der die Waschmaschne bereits steht.
Es gibt außerdem einen Fahrradkeller und einen Kellerraum zum Abstellen. Ein bisschen Spaß an Fitness solltest du allerdings mitbringen, da die Wohnung im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug liegt. :)
The room is one of three same-size rooms in this renovated flat and is fully furnished, so you can move in with your suitcase straight away! The flat was renovated to a high standard 6 months ago, has wooden floors throughout and is offered furnished. Tenants who wish to stay 6+ months will be preferred.
The room is equipped with a singe bed (90cm*200cm), a desk, a chest of drawers and a clothing rail. All furniture is new and is included in the rent (no one-off payment required). The room is light and the door can be locked for security.
The newly renovated flat comprises of another two same size rooms (one more will become free soon), a bathroom with bathtub and window, and a small kitchen and a living room with table and small sofa as well as a separate room for washing clothes.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob and oven. There is a separate room for the washing machine. Plates and cutlery are provided as well. There is also a basement for storage and a room to store bikes. You should possess a basic level of fitness though as the flat is located on the 5th floor without a lift :).
Die Lage ist super zentral in Oberbilk und man ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder Fahrrad perfekt angebunden. Die Haltestelle Gangelplatz ist mit 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und der U-Bahn Ellerstrasse und Oberbilk (SS/U-Bahn) sind in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der HBF ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Egal ob Stadtmitte, Uni oder Hafen, man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad dort.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in weniger als fünf Minuten zu erreichen, mit Netto und Aldi auf der Oberbilker Allee, Bäckerei und Kiosk direkt vor der Tür.
Der Volksgarten ist auch schnell erreicht und für Picknick, grillen oder joggen perfekt (9 Min zu Fuß oder 3 Min mit dem Fahrrad). Zum Shoppen ist die Königsallee in circa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
