The apartment is ideally laid out. You enter into the rectangular hallway. To the left is the bathroom. From the hallway, you can access the kitchen and the bedroom. The bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom all face south with a great view of the railway tracks and in the background, the beautiful Volksgarten. The south-facing balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom. From the hallway, you also enter the living room with another adjacent room.
We use the adjacent room as a second bedroom. The bedroom is our child's room.
The apartment is very well connected in terms of transportation and only 3 minutes away from the beautiful Volksgarten and Fürstenplatz. The Volksgarten S-Bahn station is reachable in one minute. The Friedrichstadt S-Bahn station is three minutes away. The good transportation connection comes with some noise. However, the rent is affordable for the location. And you live very close to the most beautiful park and the most beautiful square in Düsseldorf.
