Das Zimmer ist nach hinten zum Hof raus, sehr ruhig, hell, 20m^2. Des weiteren hat es einen Balkon zur Hofseite hinaus. Ich würde das meiste an Möbeln aus dem Zimmer mitnehmen, jedoch gegen 300€ Abschlag den Schrank und das Bett drinnen lassen.
Das Zimmer ist von so bald wie möglich bis Ende August zu haben, danach müsstest du mit der jetzigen Mitbewohnerin aus der Wohnung raus, da die Vermieter nochmal renovieren wollen. Wenn es um ein paar Wochen mehr/weniger geht könnte man sich vielleicht noch arrangieren:)
Die Lage ist super, 1-2min Fußweg zur Haltestelle Flügelstrasse (Bahn, Linie 706), 4min Fußweg zum Oberbilker Markt (UBahn, U74,U77,U79) und 8min zum HBF. Man ist super schnell an der Uni und in der Stadt.
