Das Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und hat einen eigenen schönen Balkon zum Innenhof mit Blick auf den Garten, der auch mitbenutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 60m2 groß und besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, Bade mit Duschwanne, Flur und zwei Zimmern, von dem eins einen eigennen Balkon hat.
Im Preis sind sämtliche Nebenkosten, wie Strom, Internet und GEZ, enthalten.
Leider wünscht sich der Vermieter nur Frauen als Nachmietern, sorry liebe Männer! Ist also auch als reine Frauen WG gedacht.
Gegen eine Abstandszahlung von 600€ kann das Zimmer komplett möbliert übernommen werden.
Die WG liegt in Oberbilk zentral gelegen an der Kreuzung Oberbilker Allee / Kruppstraße. Dort gibt es sehr gute Anbindungen an den ÖPNV: Die Straßenbahnen 706 und 705 sowie der Bus 752 ist nur 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Auch die beiden S-Bahnhöfe Volksgarten und Friedrichstadt sind jeweils 5-10 Minten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Netto, Lidl und Rewe sind in 5-10 Minten zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein paar süße Bars und nette Cafés sind auch in der Nachbarschaft.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist zur Zeit noch nicht bekannt, da ich und meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin fast zeitgleich aus der Wohnung ausziehen. Also perfekt für einen Neustart :)
