Since my current flat mate is leaving the apartment at the end of month, I am looking for a new flat mate.
It's lovely, bright apartment with a wooden floor and the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The room itself is about 14qm² big and is oriented to the rear building and therefore very quiet. Furthermore, you have a good view and is not blocked since in the direct vicinity there are no tall buildings.
My current flat mate wants to leave her bed, closet, bookshelf and nightstand in the room, so you basically only have to bring your personal belonging. Therefore, it would be great if you could take them over for a small price.
The main train station is only 10 minutes away on foot. Right on the doorstep is the Sonnenstraße tram stop for the 705 and the Friedrichstadt S-Bahn station. The 707 and 704 can be reached within 5 minutes by foot.
Both Rewe and Netto and Lidl are in close proximity (~5-8 minutes). The Fürstenplatz with beautiful cafes and restaurants is within walking distance-
The Volksgarten is also located in the immediate vicinity and gives a great opportunity for long walks esp. during the pandemic.
My name is Mika and I am working full-time and as most of people I am doing remote work.
I'm looking for someone who has the desire for a common and decent WG life.
I am very happy to get together or cook a nice meal in the kitchen.
What I value is that you have a healthy relationship with hygiene and cleanliness. Because we have no dishwasher, that's essential for a good mood in the flat.
The are a few items to take over (excl. the furniture in the room) like the washing machine, sofa, microwave, toaster etc) so the total amount would be 850€.
Please note that it would be important for us to communicate in English.
Also move-in date is flexible in the sense that you could move in earlier if you needed to.
