Hello, we’re looking for a new flatmate from 14 June. The bedroom is a good size (15m2) and lovely and bright, especially when the sun shines in. The window faces onto a residential area and a minor road, but it is not noisy at all. The room will be offered furnished for a price (single bed, sofa, wardrobe, 2 cabinets). In the rest of the flat, there is a good sized kitchen which is fully equipped with modern kitchen fittings, a large fridge freezer, a washing machine and the usual kitchen appliances. The kitchen also serves as a living area with a comfortable sofa and a big screen TV. The flat has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and also a store cupboard in which we keep household cleaning items. There is a place outside round the back of the flat where you can store your bike.
The flat is very well located. It’s a 6 minute walk to the main street where you will find the Ellerstraße U-Bahn station, Penny, Edeka, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants, takeaway places and other stores. Ellerstraße U-Bahn serves the lines U79, U74 and U77. It is only 2 stops away from the Hauptbahnhof and it also only takes 15 minutes on the U79 to Heinrich Heine Allee University. The 732 bus stop is also very near, a 3 minute walk from the flat, which goes to the Hauptbahnhof in 10 minutes and on to the Medienhafen, which you can reach in 25 minutes.
You would be living with Geri (27) who is writing her bachelor thesis in logistics and working part time, Liane (32) who is writing her master thesis in usability design and is a freelancer, and T (25) who recently completed her masters in usability design and is currently job searching. We are definitely not a purpose shared flat, as we went to university together and have a close friendship. We would like to invite you to take part in the shared flat life, as we cook and eat together and watch films or do other activities together. Of course, everyone also takes time for themselves and relaxes in their bedrooms. The feeling in the flat is both relaxed and fun, and everyone is very easy to get on with. We're an international flat and we speak English with each other.
