Hi everyone!
Sadly I’m leaving my room in Pempelfort, so we are searching for a new flatmate to share the flat with my super nice roomie Valentina from beginning of February.
The apartment is small, but cozy and with everything you need!
The Room is 12sq mts in size, it is furnished with a
bed, cupboard, table, chair and it has a balcony with a
storage room.
The balcony in the room faces the backyard, so it is
very peaceful and quiet.
The rent (505€) for one month, includes everything in
the apartment: furniture, kitchen, appliances, heating,
and electricity! Except for the internet (around 20€).
The location of the apartment is perfect. It is one
block away from Nordstrasse, where you will find lots
of bars, cafes, and restaurants to go out to. The
groceries are near by, in the same block there is Aldi,
DM, Edeka; and one block away there is Rewe. Also the
Ubahn, tram and bus stops are in no more than 5 mins
walk.
You’re flatmate will be Valentina, she’s italian. She’s 25 and currently working full time here in Düsseldorf.
She’s very friendly and she will always be up for a coffee or a brunch ☺️
We are searching for a girl, ideally between 25/30 y.o.
who will stay in the flat for a least one year.
