Vermietet wird ein schönes helles Zimmer in einer 4er-WG im wunderschönen Stadtteil Pempelfort. Bitte achte darauf, dass es nur eine Zwischenmiete ist! :)
The WG is located in the beautiful Pempelfort district of Tußmannstraße. The tram is right around the corner (the way down takes longer than the actual road to the tram);) the S-Bahn is also only 5 minutes walk away. Shops etc. are also easily accessible on foot. There are also good restaurants on every corner!
Die WG liegt im schönen Stadtteil Pempelfort in der Tußmannstraße. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt um die Ecke (der Weg nach unten dauert länger als der eigentliche Weg zur Straßenbahn ;) ), die S-Bahn ist auch nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Einkaufsläden etc. sind auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem befinden sich an jeder Ecke gute Restaurants!
Sara, Elena and Valerie live in the WG. All three are employed. Students are, of course, also welcome as long as one takes into consideration. You will be happy to meet a glass of wine in the kitchen in the evening, which is of course not a must. Our mutual consideration, open communication and cleanliness are very important. If this is not a topic for you, you are welcome :)
In der WG leben Sara, Elena und Valerie. Alle drei sind berufstätig. Studenten sind natürlich auch Willkommen, so lange man Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt. Gerne trifft man sich abends auf ein Glas Wein in der Küche, was aber natürlich kein Muss ist. Uns ist gegenseitige Rücksichtsnahme, offene Kommunikation und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Wenn das für dich kein Thema ist, dann bist du herzlich Willkommen :)
It would be important for me to take care of my plants in time. Generally pleasing handling of furniture etc. should be of course. All costs (electricity, internet) except the GEZ are included in the rent. In the apartment are all E-instruments such as stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Wichtig wäre mir, dass sich in der Zeit um meine Pflanzen gekümmert wird. Genereller pfleglicher Umgang mit den Möbeln etc. sollte selbstverständlich sein. In der Miete sind sämtliche Kosten(Strom, Internet) außer der GEZ inklusive. In der Wohnung befinden sich sämtliche E-Geräte wie Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
