da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen werde, suche ich einen Nachfolger für mein WG-Zimmer. Die Wohnung selbst ist ca 120qm groß und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, auf welchen sich keine weiteren Wohnungen befinden. Es gibt ein Duschbad und ein Wannenbad, eine große Wohnküche und eine ca. 30 qm große Dachterasse, welche im Sommer zum grillen und entspannen einlädt.
Das Zimmer selbst ist ca 20qm groß, verfügt über einen annähernd quadratischen Grundriss und hat nur eine kleine Schräge.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet - es muss nur das eigene Zimmer eingerichtet werden (Kleiderschrank kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden).

since I am moving together with my girlfriend, I am looking for somebody who will replace me in our shared flat. The apartment has roughly 120 square meter on two floors (no other aparmnets on those floors). It has two bathrooms and a big kitchen/living room. The highlight is a 30 sqm roof.terrace that is perfect for bbq and relaxing in summer.
The room itself is around 20 sqm with a quadratic ground area.
The apartment is fully equiped. So you would need to furnish only your own room (you could have my wardrobe for a small compensation)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Straße "Alt Pempelfort". Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe, zu der Station "Adlerstrasse" oder zur Station Schloss Jägerhof sind es nur 2 Minuten zu laufen, zum Hofgarten 3 Minuten. Zum Hbf. sind es nur 3 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn. Die Wohnung liegt also sehr zentral und man hat alles, was man braucht.
The apartment is located at "Alt Pempelfort". There are several supermarkets around, walking to the Tram-stop "Adlerstrasse" or "Schloss Jaegerhof" takes 2 minutes and to the next park 3 minutes. The main station is only 3 stops by tram. Thus the aparment is in a perfect central location and you will find everything you need in the area.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Eugenia (Juristin in der Wirtschaft) und Carlo (Arzt am Klinikum) sein. Beide sind super nett, entspannt und meist für ein Bierchen Abends oder sonstige gemeinsame Aktionen (feiern gehen, Wakeboard, Fußball etc.) zu haben, wenn gerade mal alle da sind (wir sind alle viel unterwegs). Ich habe mich in meinen 2 Jahren in der WG stets wohl gefühlt.
Your share-mates will be Eugenia (studied law and works for an audit company) and Carlo (doctor at a hospital). Both are very friendly, relaxed and are always up for a beer in the evening or other activities (e.g. Wakeboarding, Football, going out). I always feld very comfortable during the two years I lived there.
Wenn du interessiert bist, schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht mit einigen Infos über dich. Ich werde das dann an die anderen beiden weiterleiten und dich ggf. zur Besichtigung einladen. Es wird definitiv keine unzähligen Interviews geben und ihr könnt mit einer kurzfristigen Entscheidung rechnen. Wenn es passt, dann passt es einfach :)
Es gibt eine Putzfrau, welche sich um die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bäder) kümmert.
Aus -und Einzugstermin kann flexibel vereinbart werden. Das angegebene Datum ist nur eine Richtlinie.

There is a cleaning lady that comes once per week and takes care of the common areas (living room, kitchen, bathrooms).
The stated moving-in date is just a guideline and negotiable.
