I am leaving my very cozy and nice room near Nordstrasse, so I am looking for a person who would like to share the apartment with my very nice roomie.
The Room is 14sq mts in size, it is furnished with a bed, cupboard, table, chair and it has a balcony with a storage room.
The balcony in the room faces the backyard, so it is very peaceful and quiet.
The rent (444€) includes everything in the apartment: furniture, kitchen, appliances, heating and electricity! Except for the internet (10€ / month) and the radio tax (9€ / month).
The landlord is a friendly German man who speaks fluent English as well and he is available on phone via call, text or emails.
Since it is a fairly newly established flat share, we bought some small pieces of furniture to complement the existing furnishing and some things for the kitchen. Since it will remain in the apartment I would like to the next person would take it over, this is no more than 80€ in total.
If you are interested please replay to this add telling us a little bit about yourself and we will get in touch with you asap. We can then make an appointment to visit the apartment and to meet my roommate.
A bit about her: she is a quiet person who like to read, cook and, sometimes, play her Ukulele in her room. She works as a data scientist in Düsseldorf for about two years and she likes to hang out and have nice conversations on evenings or weekends sometimes.
The location of the apartment is perfect. It is one block away from Nordstrasse, where you will find lots of bars, cafes and restaurantes to go out. The grocery stores are near by too, in the same block there is Aldi, DM, Edeka; and one block away there is Rewe. Also the Ubahn, tram and bus stops are in no more than 5 mins walk.
