Hello future flatmate! You can join a friendly flatshare of three professionals in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort :)
Room & common space
Your room is 14m2 large, enough space to comfortably fit all the standard equipment that you need. The room comes furnished with a king’s size bed, desk, shelves, drawers, carpet, and hangers.
The flat has a kitchen/living room with a large sofa and a dining table. The bathroom is relatively large - approximately 10m2 and consists of a bathtub, washing machine, shower, toilet, sink, and shelves. Additionally, there is a 13m2 balcony - ideal for a morning coffee or workouts. You can store additional luggage or a bicycle in the basement.
The furniture in the room and some equipment (washing machine, microwave oven…) and furniture in the common areas needs to be taken over for 450 EUR. Utilities are not included in the rent and cost approximately 50 EUR/month. The room is available from the 1st of September but can be taken slightly earlier or later if needed.
Location
The flat has a very central location, right next to Hofgarten (1 min) and within a walking distance to Rheinpark (5 min), and Altstadt (11 min). There are very good transport links: Tonhalle UBahn (3 min) and Nordstrasse UBahn (4 min) with both having a direct connection to Hauptbahnhof.
Small Rewe and big Aldi and Edeka are close by.
Flatshare life
The atmosphere in the flat is extremely friendly and we want it to stay that way. You will live with 2 girls and 1 guy from China, Germany, and Syria who are 24 and 25 years old. We are an English speaking WG. We love to cook together, go for walks to the park or for a glass of wine but we will also respect it if you want to spend more time on your own :)
