Hey lovely people,
as I will leave Düsseldorf in December, I have to leave this wonderful WG behind. As I'll go abroad, I want to leave the furniture here, and you'd have to be willing to take it for 400 Euro. Everything you can see on the pictures is included, except for the TV and Nintendo Switch. The mattress is absolutely new (bought it in July) and is really nice.
We are 4 people, living in the apartment: Xin (25), Raphael (24), Talal (25) and me (25). We are an international WG and all of us are from different countries which causes a very nice vibe and wonderful overall experience. All of us have full-time jobs but love to enjoy our free time with various activities, especially on the weekends. The spoken language in our WG is English. The apartment has a huge balcony with a wonderful view to the green courtyard, a huge bathroom with bathtub and a rather big kitchen, in which we also have a table and sofa in order to chill together.
We're always happy to meet some new people, so feel free to introduce yourself and tell us something about you.

The location of the apartment could not be better, in my opinion. It is located 150 m from Tonhalle. If you want to take a walk along the river or go for a run, you'll be at the Rhine river in not more than two minutes by foot. The U-Bahn station "Nordstraße" is also just two minutes by foot. In Nordstraße you can find everything you need: supermarkets, all kind of stores, as well as restaurants, cafés and bars.
n order to maintain the hormonal balance in the WG, we're looking for a female flatmate for my room. You should be between 24 and 32 and have a job. If you're still studying, that's cool but in our case, we decided to look for someone who's already working, as the lifestyle is just more similar. We're not a purpose-WG but really enjoy hanging out together and doing things together. We often cook for each other, go out, etc. Also we do have a weekly cleaning plan, which should be adhered.
