Hallo zusammen!
Das freie Zimmer ist schön hell mit zwei großen Fenstern und wenn gewünscht, stünde auch ein Bett und eine Kommode darin - ist aber keine Bedingung. Auch Bad und Küche sind in gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung wirkt durch die hohen Decken und Fenster geräumig. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Gegend drumherum ist nett, Nordstraße und Rhein sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt Lebensmittelläden, Kneipen und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich würde mich freuen, hier eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in zu finden. Bin Anfang 40, berufstätig und habe festgestellt, dass mir das WG-Leben mehr Spass macht als allein zu wohnen. Wäre also schön, wenn sich da draußen jemand findet, der/dem es genauso geht. :-)
