Helloooo future flatmate,
what you are looking at is a nice WG room in Pempelfort with a great view to at the Louis-Pasteur Platz and the 25h hotel.
I will leave the WG where I lived intermediarily because I found a really nice flat and as you can probably see the room is too small for me in the long term.
Now the facts,
the room can be sublent for 3 months until the end of the year. Mostly furnitured, detailes are up for discussion and would be too long to list every piece of furniture. If you dont need anything I can leave the room empty.
There could always be a desk, a chair, some kind of cupboard for clothes and a sleeping option.
The flat has everything you need, a kitchen, bathroom, basement, washing machine.
Nearby are a Aldi and Lidl not to far, both still cheap. You are very close to Werhahn station and Hauptbahnhof.
By car its easy to go any direction. It`s 12 min to the Rhine by foot and even shorter to the Altstadt.
However you will share the WG with my two nice flatmates, Ahmed and Sylvester. Both of them are working in consulting and are focused on their development.
We turned out to be a nice, even though unusual combination of pals and it turned out everyone can give something and all are eager to learn something as well. Thats just the spirit and the atmosphere of our international WG. :) Sometimes we go out to eat or drink.
All of us are settled enough to appreciate the profits of a tidy and clean flat, so thats for sure.

Please be aware that this is not a german speaking WG, but germans are always very welcome, I am german btw.
Appointments can start from the 31.7, online possible.
The lent time would be 01.10 (earlier can be discussed) to 31.12.2022
In the 480€ everything is included (electricity, heating, water, internet, Nebenkosten)
