I am leaving my very cozy and nice room near Nordstrasse, so I am looking for a person who would like to share the apartment with my very nice roomie.
The Room is 14sq mts in size, it is furnished with a bed, cupboard, table, chair and it has a balcony with a storage room.
The balcony in the room faces the backyard, so it is very peaceful and quiet.
The rent (505€) for one month, includes everything in the apartment: furniture, kitchen, appliances, heating, and electricity! Except for the internet and the GEZ tax.
The landlord is a friendly German man who speaks fluent English as well and he is available on phone via call, text, or email.
Since it is a fairly newly established flat share thought some small pieces of furniture to complement the existing furnishing and some things for the kitchen. Since it will remain in the apartment I would like the next person would take it over, this is no more than 150€ (details in private).
If you are interested please reply to this ad telling us a little about yourself and we will get in touch with you asap. We can then make an appointment to visit the apartment and to meet my roommate.
The location of the apartment is perfect. It is one block away from Nordstrasse, where you will find lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants to go out to. The groceries are near by, in the same block there is Aldi, DM, Edeka; and one block away there is Rewe. Also the Ubahn, tram and bus stops are in no more than 5 mins walk.
