Hi everybody,
I'm looking for new roommate. There is one place free from 01.April a room (check pictures, and price).
Price :
320 € (electricity and hitting included except if we use more) is the rent (per month), the flat is so central and only 3min far from tha main Station (Hbf)
A deposit will be over 200€ for the furniture. The landlord will give you back this money when you would like to leave.
Contract:
Moreover, our landlord created for us an open contract. So you have to sign this one before coming, but if you don't enjoy the place, you just need to say 2 months before that you would like to leave and find another person. It means you are not obliged to stay for a pre-determined number of months but only for the time that you would like to stay.
A detailed message in Whatsapp or email would be nice to introduce yourself and say how long you gonna stay .

The place is in a really good position. It's in Worringer Platz, so we are by foot, just 5 minutes to Düsseldorf main station, and 15 minutes to the Altstadt. With the U-bahn : 20 minutes to the university.
We don't have yet a wash machine. But you can join the laundry in 3 minutes.
Furthermore, by foot, you can easily find supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Rewe, etc.) and restaurants.
It is an international WG. We get us to mix all languages!
A real important point: we are looking for people who agree to keep a clean flat and organize the housework.
Be open-minded, and enjoy hosting people is a good point. The size of the house is 74m². We have enough place to host friends and family :)
If you are really interested to share your room, send us a message (whatsApp or SMS) and give us some information about you: what are you doing (job/study), age, nationality, when you will arrive and leave the flat, when you are free to visit the WG.. We hope to see you soon!
