Unfortunately for me and fortunately for you, I’m leaving my enormous yet affordable room in a 2people WG.The reason why I’m leaving the room is because I’m moving out of Düsseldorf by the end of February.
The room itself is around 19m2 and it will be given to you fully furnished (Big bed, wardrobe, cupboard, nightstands, mattresses, lamps, desk, chair, mirror, couch, etc. – pretty much everything you can see on the pictures). However for all that, I would like to receive €340.
Now let’s talk about the area. The flat is located on the “nice side” of Hauptbahnhof, on the street of the amazing restaurant Rote Lanterne and only a short 2min walk awat from Immermanstr., where you’ll find awesome stores/cafés and restaurants.
However, if Japanese food is not your thing, you can walk 8more minutes and you’ll be in the famous Königsallee. Nevertheless, if walking is just not your style, the Hauptbahnhof itself is just 2min walk away.
Around the corner of the flat you’ll find a Kiosk, which is always something good to have around. ATM’s are also around (Sparkasse, Postbank), just like supermarkets (Rewe, Rossmann, Netto).
Your flatmate will be Tina, a nice girl, working in PR for a big company in Dusseldorf. You’ll love to meet her! If you want to have a glass of wine in the kitchen, she'll be happy to spend some evenings with you. If you want to have your privacy and be on your own, no problem, we all need it sometimes ;)
