because I will move out at the beginning of August, I am looking for a new tenant for my cosy room in my flate with 4 person.
Some furnishings can be acquired if desired.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Oststraße - Stadtmitte. Direkt im Japanischen Viertel, 10 Minuten zur Fuß in die Altstadt, 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, Tram direkt vor der Tür.
Kaisers sowie Rewe sind 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The apartment is located at the Ostraße - City Centre. Directly in the Japanese District of Düsseldorf, 10 minutes by foot to the "Altstadt", 5 minutes to the Central Station, tram right in front of the house.
Kaisers and Rewe (supermarket) is just 3-5 minutes away.
Du lebst zusammen mit: Simon (28), Florian (28) und Steffen (25). Simon arbeitet im Landtag, Florian ist Doktorand an der HHU Düsseldorf und Steffen arbeitet bei der Bundespolizei. Alle sind sehr aufgeschlosen, offen und immer für ein Bier zu haben:)
Das Bad teilst du dir nur mit zwei anderen, da ein Mitbewohner den Luxus eines Bad en suite genießt ;)
You will share the flat with Simon (28), Florian (28) and Steffen (25). Simon is working for the state parliament, Florian is doing his PhD at the Uni Düsseldorf and Steffen is working at the federal police. All of them are quite outgoing, open-minded and are always up for a beer :)
You will share the bathroom just with two others, because one of the guys enjoys the luxury of an own bathroom.
