Es ist teilmöbliert (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, 2 einzelne Matratzen) und quadratisch geschnitten mit zwei recht großen Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist schon frei, d.h. man kann gleich einziehen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon an der Küche, sowie eine große Balkon-Terrasse, die über unsere Zimmer oder über das kleine Zimmer (Wasche-trocken/Abstellzimmer) zu erreichen ist.
Der Preis von 324€ versteht sich als kompletter Preis, also inkl. sämtlicher Nebenkosten, Internet und GEZ.
We are looking for a nice roomate to sublet the one free room in our WG for June. It is partly furnished (wardrobe, table, chair, 2 single mattesses). The room is already free, so that you can directly move in.
The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator. It has a cosy kitchen with a small balcony, a bathroom with bathtub, one small extra room, which is used for as storage or laundry room and a 25 m² balcony with a great city-view, especially during sunset. The monthly costs are 320€ (all costs included).
Wir sind beide berufstätig, Ria (32 J., selbstständige Bühnenbildnerin) und Sebastian (33J., Messebauer). Wir sind beide unkompliziert und weltoffen. Manchmal trifft man sich abends beim Kochen und bleibt dann noch zum quatschen sitzen.

Both of us are working, Ria (32, set designer) and Sebastian (33, standbuilder). We are easy-going and open-minded people. Sometimes we meet us in the kitchen when cooking and drink a beer/wine together.
