Ein längerer oder kürzere Mietdauer ist nach Absprache möglich. Wunderschönes, sehr helles und ruhiges Zimmer am HBF. Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar, trotzdem ist das Zimmer auch mit geöffneten Fenstern sehr ruhig. Wir wohnen in einem netten, kernsanierten Haus mit anderen WGs, sind spontan, offen und herzlich und haben einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Sauberkeit :-)
Einmal die Woche kommt deshalb auch eine Unterstützung für den Haushalt :-D
Wir sind gespannt und freuen uns auf euch.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten,bis auf die (Reinigung 15,-/Monat) das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einer Kleiderstange und dem Bett sowie dem Ledersessel mit Hocker und einer Stehlampe.
Das Bad ist ganz neu.
Waschmaschine und Trockner haben wir auch.
