Die Wohnung ist 130 m2 und verfügt über einen Balkon. Sie ist in einer sehr gut gepflegten and schönen Altbau und die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber die Straße ist sehr ruhig (Stephanienstraße).Die Miete ist 750 € and enthält alle Kosten (inkl. Wi-Fi und den Rundfunk). Der Mitbewohner ist top und kommt gebürtig aus Düsseldorf. Der Schrank und die Regal bleiben in der Zimmern. Bei Interesse bitte PN mit eine kleine Vostellung ich werde die Besichtigungstermine für die nächste Woche einplanen.
I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my two rooms in a shared flat. The rent is temporary, but can be discussed. The flat is 130 m2 and has s balcony. It’s located in a beautiful old building and has a central location, yet on a quiet street (Stephanienstraße). The rent is 750€ with all costs included (incl. wi-fi and the radio fee). The flatmate is really great and friendly and comes originally from Düsseldorf. The closet and the shelves would remain in the rooms.
