Room info: Spacious room available in 2er WG in central Düsseldorf, walking distance away from the metrostation, the trainstation and the city center. Spacious furnitured room available, basement storage available as well in case certain furniture is not needed. Rest of WG contains a living room, bathroom, kitchen (incl. Washing Machine) and balcony. Several supermarkets walking distance away.
Looking for: working WG member able to speak English. Respectful and kind are appreciated qualities.

Ich ziehe aus, da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe. Ein früherer Einzug ist ohne zusätzliche Kosten möglich, da ich das Zimmer bereits geräumt habe.
Zimmer-Infos: Geräumiges Zimmer in 2er WG in zentraler Lage in Düsseldorf, fußläufig zur U-Bahn, zum Bahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum. Geräumiges möbliertes Zimmer vorhanden, Kellerabteil ebenfalls vorhanden, falls bestimmte Möbel nicht benötigt werden. Der Rest der WG besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, Bad, Küche (inkl. Waschmaschine) und Balkon. Mehrere Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar.
Gesucht: Berufstätiges WG-Mitglied, das Englisch sprechen kann. Respektvoll und freundlich sind geschätzte Eigenschaften.
