I am subletting my nice room in Düsseldorf as I am going back to my country soon.
The room is nice and having a view on the garden with a big window.and already furnished with all what is needed : Bed, mirror,closets, Desk, chair, Table,...
The flat is located in lilienthalstraße in Düsseldorf. A bus station is less than 5 mins and the U-bahn station is between 5-7mins. The transport is available 24/7. There are many stores and supermarkets around ( Aldi, Rossman, Edeka) an ATM, a post office are also near. There is also the aquazoo Parc and the stadium near you and you have access to the swimming pool that is 2 stations far.
The neighborhood is very Calm, clean, and most of it all, safe :I sometimes go for a walk very late and it is very safe.
We are 3 in the flat a boy and 2 girls. But you will feel like you are having the flat for only yourself since my flatmates are spending most of their weeks outside of the flat.
The people are nice, the landlords are living in the floors below us and they are very welcoming and helpful so if you need any help you don't have to search for so long.
I am planning to sublet my room from 1.08
For 4 months or more. A contract is available.
