Hello There, I am Leaving Düsseldorf so I no longer need my apartment and would like to find a suitable tenant to take over.
The Apartment is cozy and practical, with no wasted space the room is very spacious, It can easily fit 4 people for a sleepover.
the kitchen has an oven and fridge, along with drawers and in addition to having a washing machine in the basement, there is also a set of a dryer and another washing machine available down there for your use but you'll have to pay 2 euros to use them.
the room itself has a huge outlook on the city and plenty of natural sunlight, its also very well insulated, winter came and I barely used the heater other than the lowest setting, the room is furnished, with a big bed, a wide and functional work desk, and a very ergonomic chair, with a Ikea closet a table and a floor matt, with a small mirror to boot and a drawer too.
the location of the apartment is also very convenient, the bus and tram stop is a 1 min walk away while the Sbahn is a 2 min walk, the street right above is full of grocery shops and restaurants, while there are plenty of gyms, swimming pools, and parks around that you can get to without any need for public transport, not to mention the Düsseldorf main station is 6 min away with the train.
this is a shared flat your roommate is Alexander he is a very nice German fellow, he's quiet and reserved, very tidy and clean also, the apartment has been kept in super clean shape and is very tidy.
THE FURNISHER NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OVER !!!!!!!!
