Der genannte Mietpreis & Kaution gilt für jeweils für 1 Zimmer und beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten, Heizkosten sowie die Kosten für Internet. Das Haus und die Wohnungen wurden Ende 2015 umfassend saniert. Die Fassade wurde ebenfalls gestrichen. Das Badezimmer, die Fussböden und die Küche sind neu! Eine neue moderne und vollausgestatte Küche (siehe Musterfoto) ist ebenfalls im Mietpreis enthalten.
Sehr gerne würden wir die Wohnung / das Zimmer an Personen vermieten die gerade auf der Suche nach einer neuen Bleibe und angenehmen Mitbewohner ist!
