Da ich (Sarah, 23 Jahre, Studentin) für ein halbes Jahr und evtl. zwei/drei Monate länger ins Ausland gehe, wird mein wunderschönes, helles Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 25qm groß und komplett möbliert. Couch, ein großes Bett, sowie Schreibtisch, Schrank und großer Fernseher können benutzt werden. Das Zimmer liegt nach hinten raus und ist deshalb sehr ruhig, die Straße und Bahnen sind nicht zu hören.
Top Anbindungen an die Uni (10 min mit dem Bus/735) und in die Innenstadt (10 min mit der Ubahn/U77 und U74). Besonders abends/nachts ist der Nachhauseweg nie ein Problem!
Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind fußläufig in 2-5 min erreichbar - Rewe, Aldi, Apotheke, Bäckerei usw. sind vorhanden.
Mein/dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Matthias ist 24 Jahre alt und berufstätig, ist aber für jeden Scherz zu haben :) Die Wochenendplanung nimmt er genauso ernst, wie den Putzplan - somit ist er der perfekte Mitbewohner ;)
Telefon- und Internetflat sind vorhanden, der Keller und der Hinterhof zum Parken können mitbenutzt werden
