Die WG gehört zum Studentenwohnheim Otto-Hahn-Str. Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster zu einer Wiese, daher wirklich ruhig und angenehm.
Zur 2er WG gehört ein gemeinsames Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine Küchenzeile mit reichlich Stauraum für Lebensmittel und Gerätschaften etc.
Die Wohnung ist sehr uninah, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten da. Die Bushaltestelle (735/731) ist 1 Minute entfernt und von da ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten an allen Unihaltestellen.
Im Gebäudekomplex wohnen selbstverständlich nur Studierende, sodass ein nettes Studentenleben möglich ist. Wenn man möchte, kann man hier viele nette Kontakte knüpfen.
Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung im wohnlichen Wersten, v.a. mit Familien nebenan.
Momentan wohnt hier noch Johannes, der Modernes Japan und Politik an der HHU studiert.
